Data Analysis in Python
In this project, I used Python libraries, such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn, to carry out exploratory data analysis for a road safety team. This was to understand the characteristics of major road accidents and identify interventions to reduce casualties resulting from these accidents. I ensured the accuracy and completeness of the data by cleaning it and used different visualization techniques and statistical analyses to identify patterns and trends. Consequently, I identified days and time with high rates of road accidents and recommended strategies that will help the road safety team make informed decisions and take proactive steps that will lower the number of casualties and deaths and prevent accidents.
